Brian was great (unclogged a pretty bad kitchen pipe). He came with a new trainee and seemed to be teaching him a lot of little details and tips/tricks. He was prompt and gave me helpful info to avoid cloggs in the future. Make sure you get Brian if you call Byrd's Nest, specifically request him and you will be fine. He adjusted my price as the first plumber in his co. came uprepared a day earlier. Brian was fair and I would hire him again for any plumbing need.
