Call Ken in an emergency, I had a terrible hair clog in the kitchen/bathroom drain. Nearly killed myself inhaling chlorine gas from overuse of industrial strength drain cleaners... he arrived 90 minutes after I called and solved all my woes in 1 hour. Can't say enough about his professionalism and highest quality of work. He is MY GUY, and I highly recommend him to anyone in the Milbury/Worc
