Jim was straight forward, on-time, professional, and very reasonable. After clearing out the blocked kitchen drain, he proceeded to get the apple out of the toilet (gotta love kids). He cut the price he quoted me on the phone for the toilet in half because the apple was easier to get out than he anticipated.
He then gave me several free quotes for a remodel I'm contemplating while he was there. I'll definitely use Jim again in the future, and would highly recommend him.

Jim was fantastic!
He arrived promptly, worked diligently, and thoroughly explained the problems he was encountering in trying to snake our old "drum trap." After I then pointed him towards a leaky pipe in the basement, he replaced that and showed me the inside of our old galvanized pipes, which were nearly rusted shut. We agreed to have his crew replace our pipes, which fixed our drains, and saved us from a sure plumbing catastrophe! Jim was straightforward, honest and his pricing was absolutely unbeatable.
