They were very quick to respond to my request once I was able to get a hold of them (only a day after I left a message). Matt was very nice and talked me through different parts of his process, as well as making suggestions on how to avoid this happening sooner rather than later. I appreciated all of his honestly, given that I have an older house with older pipes. It was worth every penny!
The work was done quickly and so far my drain has not backed up. It's been about a week since they came. I am happy with their service and their price and would recommend them. I have their card on my refrigerator.
