Analyze a Structural Issue (Structural Engineer) in 45014
Tracy was prompt, answered all my questions, gave advise and gave me a fair price. He did recommend a General Contractor to me by the name of Neal Garbenis to adjust my windows and install insulation in my crawl space area. Upon calling Mr. Garbenis, he stated "I will call you next week to set something up" he did not call so I returned his call, he gave me a day/time to come look. On that day I called him and he sad he was too busy to do the work. That is very, very poor business practice and Tracy referred him to me. This would be my complaint. I hope that Service Master would not recommend this General Contractor to anyone.

Tracy was knowledgeable and efficient. I received complements from the city building department on the completeness and clarity of the drawings he supplied. Additionally, Tracy was able to turn around drawings on a 24hr time table.
