Remodel a Basement in 11714
After rave reviews from Michael's references, I hired him to do our basement. If you need a contractor, and you are lucky enough to find out about him, hire him. He is an architect with great aesthetics, who came in at the same price as other regular contractors with no degree and he tossed in more to the package. He is 100% reliable as is his team. The are lovely, fast, professional and the job turned out on time and within budget. It's so gorgeous that my husband and I are ecstatic. Analyze a Structural Issue (Structural Engineer) in 11946
He was fine; I only wish he were less expensive. He looked at one thing, wrote a letter, then charged us $250. We knew it already, but I thought he would look at more. Or charge us less. :)
