t took me about a month to finally decide to hire a structural engineer. While trying to decide, Josh was so helpful each time I talked to him or e-mailed him. He checked everything in the attic that I had concerns about and followed up with a written report of his findings and suggestions. He spent a lot of time with us explaining what could be going on in our attic. I wish I had hired him sooner because waiting caused me needless worry and poor sleep. Better to know whether the house has a problem or not than to waste life's precious time worrying for nothing.

They called and asked me to take some pictures and email to them and then I got reply back from them and explained everything. they are so experienced and professional and know this area very well.
