Steve responded quickly to our repair need for repairing an Anderson door that would not lock. He got on the phone with Anderson for the part needed and had more patience than I would have in dealing with people that did not seem to know the door. He also stopped at Home Depot to check and went home and scanned our door information and sent it to Anderson. If not for Steve, we would probably still be figuring this out. I would recommend him for any small repairs needed.
