It is very hard to get someone who is competent and willing to make relatively minor repairs. Mr Deering fit the bill. I had a sunroom storm door that was sticking and the door frame was no longer square. This alignment problem caused the door lock and latch to fail. The larger problem was that the people who had constructed the sunroom had not properly attached the framing for the sunroom to the existing house. Happy Home Repairs firmly reattached the sunroom to the house and was able to install a new door latch onto the existing door that had nonstandard latch cutouts .
