The serviceman, Paul, was prompt, courteous, very helpful. He also had the part on his truck. I was truly happy because I had paid a locksmith the day before and he could not fix the lock, because the lock was made specifically for the Weatherguard door that I had. After striking out the day before and being short a few extra dollars I was happy to have someone who knew about my product and could get the job done in a most efficient manner and timeframe. I highly recommend him and will pass his name on to others I know with this same type of security storm door.

They came and checked the door out for free let us know what was going wrong, and then adjusted the door free of charge. I would reccommend them to anyone!
