Mr. Brandt called and visited very quickly after our initial phone discussion. He quickly identifed a problem that had baffled me and another contractor I had contacted. Mr. Brandt also identified other areas that needed work and gave me a reasonable estimate. He completed the work in a timely way and the work was very thorough. Second Estimate(after I requested another job on the phone) mentioned several other jobs that could be done at the same time. Did a thorough job, cleaned up very well afterward. Erica (in office) kept in contact and was helpful, gave us a reasonable price estimate and later, a discount. Completion took several hours longer than I expected, workman left without a word on two occasions. I will likely call them again, but will make sure they try to give me a more accurate timeframe so that I don't lose hours from work.
