Michael Byers and his carpenter partner (Paul?) were professional and knowledgeable. They were careful with my property. The problem with my aging sliding glass door (noisy and difficult to slide) was resolved quickly with an adjustment and lubrication. Although other contractors might have been tempted to suggest replacing parts that were not worn, Byers Security was straightforward in advising me to keep the parts (i.e., they were honest). They advised me how best to keep the door lubricated. They were accommodating in scheduling the service call. Their fee seemed reasonable. I'd call them aga. I recommend them without reservation.
