Larry called and made an appointment for a convenient time. When he arrived he provided a comprehensive understanding of the reason why we were expreriencing such significant leaking through the door. The best solution is to replace the door since it's warped and inferior or press the manufacturer, Crestline to stand by the warranty. Past experience has taught us that they won't support the warranty so Larry suggested a short term fix with weather stripping and door adjustment that will help us minimize the leaking until we can afford a new $3000 door.
