They responded to the request promptly. The first guy they sent out was 30 minutes late and then disappeared and ended up never doing the job. The did send out another person when I called to complain and the second guy did an excellent job.

They made the appt. right away; They were prompt; assessed the situation and got the work done quickly. It is unfortunate that the person lives so far from me. My repairs were inexpensive and I was able to show the person the rest of the work that I needed done. I will hire them again for the rest of the work come spring!
