I was told that I would recieve a free quote for the service. I was never told that if I had service completed that I would also have to pay a $35 service fee. I was extremely dissapointed that that information was not provided during my intial contact. Otherwise I was pleased with the work. Because of the cost, I only had the company complete part of the job. I am still searching for another repair company with more reasonable prices and one that discloses upfront whether a service fee will be charged.
