The response was for service was immediate. I was satisfied with the work done. Otto offered to return to add elevation to two of my bi-fold doors and I'm waiting for a call to schedule that so hopefully he will. I also sent him an email to the address on his card, but didn't get a return call until I got this survey and got a different email address. I sent the follow up service to that new email address.
