My experience didn't start well as Mr. Handyman called and cancelled because their technician had been injured and could not work that day. Then we had a mix up as to when the job was rescheduled. However, the man did show up to do the work, he was very professional in his explaining what had to be done and approximately how long it would take. As far as the actual door repair, he did an excellent job, and it looks beautiful. I hope to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
