We only needed to have 2 bathrooms re-tiled and a sliding shower door replaced, and Jay's was able to bid and complete the job in just 3 days. After the initial work had begun, there was some additional repairs that were needed behind the "old" tile wall (replaced damaged wood, installed additional support braces and insulation). This work was also able to be repaired with only a small increase in the initial bid price. Jay's tile man, Joseph, did a particularly good job in fitting the tile around a unique "ledge" structure that exists in the tub area of one of the bathrooms.

Because the quote from M.B.S. Multi-Task came in SO much lower (honestly, up to 50% less in one case) I was very leery about the quality of work I might receive. If you find yourself in this predicament, worry not. Marvin and his crew put up with several governmental hoops, all of my nit-picky emails/questions, and a little poor weather to complete a fully satisfactory job that looks great, functions great and will certainly raise my property value. Marvin did a good job of staying in touch throughout the job and kept me aware of his progress. He was flexible and courteous throughout and I would recommend M.B.S. to anyone.
