He came out to our home for a free estimate, wrote down what we wanted done, etc. And later that evening provided a written quote via email, with options we discussed. Alex is easy going, straight to the point contractor. Our new door was installed on the day promised and on time by Alex & his team...and without any surprises. We noted a small issue with the door sweep the next day. Alex came back out to make the necessary corrections to the door sweep. Alex and his team provide top notch work and customer service.
