He does not cut corners instead uses high quality material and repairs problems that the homeowner may not be aware of. I hired PLC to replace my deck in March 2009. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The deck is large, about 7 feet x 25 feet. He worked alone, completed it in reasonable time, did everything he said he would do and more, gave me great recommendations and gave me a fair price.
