Chuck the salesman was fantastic, I changed styles after signing the contract and he was very amenable. Dave, the installer, was incredible!!! He kept me informed, delivery and installation happened on time and in a neat and timely manner. Customer service was first rate! A few weeks after installation I had a concern about caulking. Dave came right out and took care of my concerns and invited me to contact them with any further concerns. I have had so many compliments on my new door and sidelights!!! My house looks brand new. Thank you Nova Exteriors!!!

I enjoyed working with Sunny and his assistant very much. His assistant cleaned up as he went along so there was absolutely no debris left when they left. Sunny, the owner, is a consumate professional. He was very thorough, took precise measurements, installed the new entry door and reinstalled my existing security door as well as rebuilt the framing for each.
