Mike was very easy to get along and very helpful, polite, and honest person that I ever dealt with doing business for the first time. I had bad experience with contractors during the past when asking about patio sliding doors to be installed. There are individual scams. I am very happy with the installation...an excellent job and very reasonable price comparing to other eight balls...scams. Very friendly salespeople. Sears installed a steel door. It is very nice, but expensive. Completion was delayed because some parts were not shipped with the door. When they installed the door, they disconnected the burglar alarm sensor in the door jamb. After it was disconnected, they said they do not reconnect sensors and we would have to have it repaired by someone else. So be aware of this if you work with Sears.
