They called the day I requested some information. They explained how it works with them and then we set up an appt. They called the day before as a reminder, Dave Monroe called about 30 min prior to coming out to the house then showed up promptly. What we needed him to do took longer than anticipated and he had to go to Menard's to buy a light kit-which he did that day and finished up the project.

Remodel a Bathroom in 46254
I hired James to do my bathroom remodels (2) and tile my kitchen, laundry room, and put ceiling fans up (2). He is a very meticulious worker, and does good quality work. I wish I could give him 5 stars, but apparently he did not finish cleaning up and touching up paint from the areas he worked on. The actual work (fans, tile, ect.) is great, but please make sure that the work is finished if you hire him. This work was for a rental property. I am out of state and left the final payment up to the property manager and the tenant has complained about him not cleaning up very well (paint not being touched up, grout left on the carpet, ect).
