Lowes sold the wrong door, and this was not realized until Kirby had installed the frame. I worked with Lowes to get the door replaced with the correct one, and Kirby removed the frame he had already installed. There was some additional cost for this, but there was also quite a bit of additional time required for the installation. Kirby stayed until 10pm diligently making sure the door was properly installed. I think some other contractors would have said the job would need to be completed the next day, or would have rushed through to make sure they were home on time for dinner. Kirby knew I needed the project done right, and done that day. He really came through for me.
