I would recommend Prince William, but with reservations. I had a door installed and they did a great job with the installation; however, I ordered a steel door and a fiberglass door was installed. Although the customer service people called me several times with questions about the contract, they never once mentioned that the style door I had selected did not come in steel. According to customer service the fibergalss door was a better, more expensive door but I was only charged for a steel door. I have no way to verfiy ther pricing.

Our salesperson didn't try to push anything...he just did his job. The company was very cordial, even sending us a Thank You card for doing business with them. Despite all of the rain we had been getting, we got a call in less than two weeks to set up a date. They tore off the old roof, installed ridge vents, built a cricket by the chimney, replaced damaged boards, and put the new roof on, all in less than 7 hours! Two days later, it got the ultimate test of two feet of snow, and it is wonderful!
