The door replacement turned out to be more than we thought it would be. Once Mark took the original door out, we discovered rotted wood beneath the door. Mark showed me where the wood was water damaged and he completely rebuilt/replaced what was needed. Although the job was much more than he bargained for in time and effort, Mark did not charge me more than his original estimate. He and his son were courteous, fair, and reliable.
