It worked out very well. The company representative came to give us a free estimate. He answered all our questions and discussed our concerns, and offered us a repairs plan that worked best for us. During the whole process, they were very polite and responsive, returning calls and emails within a very short time frame. Also as it took several days to complete all repairs, at the end of every day, they emailed an update daily what had been done for that day, and what was left to work on. We felt we had great communication, knew what was going on and had control over the whole process. Great people to work with! Thank you!

He had come out for a free estimate and was very prompt and in answering our calls. That same day he went out to purchase a cover for our window in case it rained. As soon as the window came in, we set up an appointment to install the window. The installer did great and was very thorough. He cleaned up his mess and put down drop clothes. They took care of what they promised to do.
