my father had terminal cancer. i had to move my parents into my home as he was wheelchairbound and i couldn't get him out of the house without a ramp. with an appt. the next day to see the dr., i called and asked if we could get a ramp installed immediately. it was installed the next morning and we were able to get to the dr. as scheduled. the installer was amazingly kind. several weeks later, we knew my father would be unable to leave the house and called to have the ramp removed. again, they came the next day and we were treated with great kindness. a wonderful company to work with, especially during a very difficult time for our family.
