I was so happy with how building designs was able to keep the project within budget. The project took much longer than projected but also recognize that we added many items as we went. Also, kitchen cabinet can not be rushed and they slowed our project down. Building Design was always clear and decisive on budget updates and design choices when needed. There were many aspects of project that I differed to BD for design choice and all have turned out excellent for ouor decor and overall goal. I would and have recommended Building Design to others. Contracted to design bathroom remodelling, help pick materials, locate contractors, and manage the remodelling work. Company did a great job designing the remodelling and generating a bill of materials. Company did not locate contractors and manage the job resulting in the postponement of the remodelling due to the small size of the job.
