We had a set day for the appt. and he found a bit of time 3 days earlier so he called and was in front of my house in a minute.
Dick's attitude was friendly, knowledgable, and professional.
I had a list of damaged items so he didn't have to work, just take notes. He said he's have the estimate to me within 4 days and he had the estimate to me within 4 days. Using the word "insurance" didn't bother him a bit, even after I explained the situation (as I did for the others). I appreciated him getting the list compiled and emailed to me on time.
