Aida and Shirley are true professionals. They bought into my sense of urgency and actually got the job finished before my requested deadline. Shirley stayed on site until the project was finished. She asked if I were satisfied with the finished product. She offered her professional opinion on the flowers, which I really appreciated. However, none of this would have possible had Aida not LISTENED to me and heard the urgency in my voice.
