I DEALT WITH RYAN MOSTLY AND ROB, WOW, FIRST THE DID A DESIGN AND SHOWED ME A GREAT VISUAL OF WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE, THEN THEY SHOWED ME THE COST, YIKES BUT IF YOU WANT QUALITY YOU MUST PAY MORE, THE BEST PART IS DESERT DESIGNER ALLOWED ME TO DIVIDE MY PROJECTS IN PHASES, WHICH WAS ANOTHER GREAT BONUS AND THE REASON I CHOSE THEM AND ALSO CAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET TO MY JOB FOR AWHILE MEANING THEY WERE BUSY, PEOPLE WHO CAN START IMMEDIATELY, WELL BE AFRAID CAUSE THERE NOT WORKING, ONCE THEY GOT STARTED THERE WAS NO LOOKING BACK, THEY COMPLETED THE PHASES IN A TIMELY MATTER AND DID AN AWESOME JOB AT CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ryan was punctual and pleasant. I asked him to itemize each job involved when estimate and told him that I wanted to use the materials we already have. He gave me an itemized estimate reflecting the projected use of our materials. He understood we were on budget and worked with us to make things work. I'd recommend Desert Designer to anyone!
