RJ provided a professional, creative landscaping design for my backyard, which started as an area of dirt and is now a relaxing retreat. He offered options to stay within my budget and I am completely thrilled with the result. Though there was some misunderstanding about when the work would begin, I would definitely recommend RJ Howell to my friends and family. RJ came out to my house, drew up the design, and gave expert advice, and I was happy to speak to the owner of the company, not just someone from an office. This made me feel comfortable with the quality of work to be done as he personally oversaw the project from start to finish.

RJ and his crew were fabulous! They designed and installed a retaining wall for our eroding backyard, fixed the drainage situation, and filled the new platform with decorative rock, which is both beautiful and easy to maintain. RJ stayed in contact throughout the job, had the fairest price of all the contractors we interviewed, and did a job beyond expectations! We have laready found more work to entrust to him. He is responsible, honest, on time, and considerate.

RJ and his team designed and completed a backyard memorial garden for our 22-yr.old son, who we recently lost. Obviously, this was a project of utmost importance to us and RJ was exteremly understanding and thoughtful. In fact, he had some designs already in hand at our first interview, only 48 hours after our brief initial phone conversation.

His ideas and professionalism were just we needed. He conferred with us every step of the way and we are extremely satisfied with the lasting memorial he has created for our family. We will be contacting RJ when we are ready to do some additional relandscaping in our front yard. THANKS RJ!!!
