the initial consultation and the planning stage went very well. The installation went according to plan however there were several finishing things like not enough shelves for the cabinets,needed shoe molding, etc that have not been done and it has been 5 weeks since the install. This has clouded the whole experience.

My sales person was responsive and patient. Doing a kitchen involves a lot of questions and decsions to be made. Dianne was supportive and explained every detail of the process. Northfield's intaller, Don, was nothing but professional. I have an old house and he was able to manage all the challanges.
Price was a big thing for me also. They were in the ballpark and for what other's offered formica counters, Northfield give me granite. Love it.
