Michael had responded to my request very quickly through email & by phone contact. He had evaluated the site for a kitchen upgrade & had submitted the proposal in a timely manner. The drawings he developed were great & very detailed however the initial cost was a little more than I wanted to pay. Michael was flexible & had worked around the cost making the plans more affordable. Michael was more than helpful in modifying the plans with no additional cost as well as to show us a selection of cabinets from a manufacturer that he deals with directly. I recommend his services for anyone who needs a designer or just needs input of a project.

I was comfortable with Mark and he made me feel as if I was a FAMILY member with the way he cared about my project. His staff is always courteous when I call, and his fee was extremely reasonable (any "extras" were fully explained).
