We are still in the planning stages. However, we are pleased with the planning progress with Shad Construction. Shawn Shad is very professional and very helpful working with us to keep in our budget.
I would like to add that we did like the other contractors that you recommended and we did interview all of them. Their bids were higher but reasonable.
So far we are very pleased with your service.

I would give Shad Construction 6 stars if I could.. His bid was fair, work professional, and very well done & clean up superb. I had my bathroom redone in my condo and I am very pleaseed with the outcome. I would recommend Shad construction to anyone.
