Rick was very expedient in his reply to my request. I expected I would have to wait some time before anyone would call me back but this was not the case with Rick. Once contacted he was able to schedule appointments within a reasonable amount of time. From my original request to completion of my kitchen plan took less than three weeks. Rick was pleasant to deal with, listened to my requests and made plan changes without hassels. His design work was not only very professional but he was able to think outside the box on some of the things we asked for. We ended the project witih Rick with a completed set of plans for a new kitchen.

Design a Kitchen in 55112

I feel he lacked the construction/building "know how". His design was good, but to get it executed will take more work and money. He is a kitchen specialist, so that portion was accurate and useful. Would recommend for kitchen, not for larger home improvement/remodel/addition projects. He required I visit his home to view proposal. A laptop to do plan presentation at my location would be more professional.
