We discussed what needed to be done at a rental place of mine over the phone. He, Stephen Brandies, gave me an explanation of the chronic problem and how he might fix it....with an estimate. He made the appointment with the renter, went in and fixed the problem. More so, he did it by adding lines and rearranging the electrical box so that he solved other chronic problems with the electrical usage in that triplex.
His price for the job was excellent...right on his estimate and exceedingly fair. The renters are pleased and we are delighted to find an exceptional electrician whom we will turn to again with pleasure. Great job!
