My outdoor motion sensor failed. I purchased a new one similar to the old one after Paul took it down so I could see the type that was needed. After I purchased it, I called and Tony came out to do the install. He was not totally familiar with the two-light install and failed to connect both lights to the sensor. That evening I called Paul when I was able to observe that only one light responded to the sensor. Since it was the weekend, he indicated that Tony would return on Monday, which he did. He remedied the problem and I now have functioning outdoor lighting. I was very pleased with the rapid response and a job well done.
