We had an idea of what we wanted and we knew what we didn't like about our current house. Others we had talked two just took what we said we wanted and tried to make plans, but I didn't feel they listened to my problems with our current house. Dwight was incredible! He listened to us and picked up on little things that no one else asked us. We were also very happy with his pricing model. Would highly recommend him and his work!
