It took a while ot get an appointment set up, and the engineer had to return once to collect details for drawing up plans. That said, the plans were exactly what I needed to give the contractor to fix the problem.

He was very responsive and quick to come out. Even accomidated me in his schedule earlier than planned. He was a little slow in providing report, but stayed in contact and explained it was a new software problem. A little pricey, but felt it was worth it to ensure intergrety of our home. Much more confident in decision than the last engineer we hired. We would hire him again.
