Eric Russell is a master at making the customer happy. From the very beginning of our bathroom remodeling Eric provided us with ideas and designs, which were in-line with our home décor and tastes. Throughout the project Eric made sure we remained happy with his work by spending time to talk to us or emailing/phoning if we happened to miss each other. Eric was amenable to small changes throughout the project. Eric kept to his contract by staying within the monetary and time limitations which we had initially agreed to.
We would definitely hire him again for other remodeling jobs. Overall we were extremely pleased with Eric and his work.

Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 17325

Mr. Russell came to check a leak in my roof. He told me there was probably only a leak around a vent pipe gasket. He did a little chaulking and only charged me a very small fee. My impressions of Mr. Russell is that he is a true professional and a very honest man.
