She was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and did come up with a number of plans. However, we ended up not really using any of them, but instead worked directly with the contractor, who we have known for many years, to create a plan which was a much better fit for our needs, from both a practical and aesthetic standpoint. I would, however, recommend her for other people, as she seemed to be very competent and fairly creative. We just didn't use her plans.
