Very friendly, Diane in the office was very nice and worked with me when I had some email issues with billing. They did a great job with power washing the siding and deck, my only complaint is that the staining job on the deck was a little sloppy, especially in-between the boards, when I asked about it he said the brush couldn't go between the boards, I felt he could have tried harder but he was already packed up to go and left.
