Although their estimate was the highest, we decided to go with Yorkshire Garden
Center because they identified issues that we had not considered. After the repair, they power washed the porch and then the entire job was sealed. What a difference the repair made--our only regret is that they did do the job for us initially!!

Not everything went according to plan, but contractor comprised on pricing for the unexpected additional cost. This is the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars.
The speed, clean-up, friendliness and professionalism are all a plus with this company.
Honest contractor. Nice work. They wanted to do the job right and did just that.
Highly recommend this company for more than your landscaping needs.
