The customer service was very friendly and responsive. However, I had a step replaced that was originally constructed with the length of two eight-inch boards that for some reason was replaced with two six inch boards underneath a small overhang of the deck. The step is much smaller as a result, and difficult to use. Also, many of the screws attaching the deck boards were driven in too deep- instead of driving them in level with the deck or even leaving them slightly higher, they are driven in so far that the next time I try to have the deck replaced or modified it will be extremely difficult to do so. The deck looks beautiful and is much sturdier, so I am overall pleased with the work.
