Clean Gutters and Downspouts in 23072
Mr. Patnode did a great job on gutter cleaning. The price was reasonable. Not only did he clear leaves, etc. but also cleaned the outside of the gutters and did minor repair work at no extra charge. My house looks much better now!

Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch in 23111
I am very pleased with my whole project. I have a one of a kind screened porch and deck thanks to Butch Mills and his expertise. It was a project that needed to be planned as it was being built. I wanted a lot of "special" things. Butch just kept nodding and saying, "I can do that for you". He wasn't happy until I was happy. I look forward to years of enjoyment from my new porch and deck.

I have been very happy with Mike. He is very good at communicating with me about my property. I live in Ill and my property is in Va so I have the extra burden of having to do this from a distance. Mike has been great about taking pics of the work and even other people's work on the house and sending the pics right away. His prices are reasonable and he gives good advice about what needs to get done, etc. I am a woman with little technical or repair background so it is very important to have someone I can trust. My 23 year old stepdaughter lives in the house Mike has been working on and she is also very comfortable working with him.
