there hasn't been any snow yet that he's removed, but i purchased a gift certificate through him for my parents. Chad was super attentive and responsive and got back to me immediately. He followed up w/ gift certificates sent electronically, and sent a receipt right away. I hope that his snow removal service will be just as excellent as his customer service!

We had the estimate within 6 hrs from Tony's visit, his suggestions to resolve design problems with the original deck were the best, they were able to come a day early, finished in one day and left the area better than they found it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
