Steven did an excellent job replacing and screeening in the deck on my home. He impressed me from the first contact. He listened carefully to what I explained to him, he repeated it back to me to be sure he understood what I wanted. He presented the various alternatives available, and made suggestions when I asked him for them. He addressed all my concerns, explaining how he would accomplish certain things to ensure there would be no problems in the future. His workmanship is the highest quality-- everything was done extremely well. He kept in communication with me before and throughout the process-- keeping me informed every step of the way. He and his crew were polite and helpful, patiently and clearly answering all my questions with tact and respect. He used email to communicate with me, which proved to be very efficient and convenient for both of us-- he carries a Blackberry and I was always able to reach him quickly. I wish I had more projects to do, because I would hire him without hesitating.
