Kerry was great to work with. We made some changes to our original plans and he was very accomodating. The time to finish the job wasway longer than we thought but the work done was quality.
Based on the quality of work and price i would say 4 stars, but the length of time to complete, 2 stars.

First of all...... USE THIS CONTRACTOR ! ! ! !
They are experienced, knowledgeable, and professional, and will fix your problems fast ! ! ! !
My husband started a outdoor balcony wall project and didn't know how to finish it. He tore it up and left it open !
2 months later it rained and leaked INSIDE OUR HOME, so I HAD TO FIRE MY HUSBAND !
THANK GOD FOR O&S Remodeling ! ! The do all sorts of repair and stucco work.
O & S Building and Remodeling was hired to fix the upstairs balcony and they did a GREAT JOB.
So ladies, please don't let your husband take on a project when O & S will do a BETTER JOB for a good price !
